Steve Jobs’ life story now available in a comic book
Reading Walter Isaacson’s biography of Steve Jobs isn’t for everyone, especially those who fancy comic books. For those that love comics and Apple’s co-founder, you can now satisfy both loves by reading about Jobs’ life in a comic book.
The 32-page comic book – which retails for $3.99 – from Bluewater Productions examines the life of Steve Jobs, from his adoption as a baby to his co-founding of Apple, in a comic book format.
According to Thor Parker of Midtown Comics in New York:
‘The artwork is pretty basic for a comic. You see a lot of iconic images that are related to Steve Jobs. You see comic renditions of his Forbes magazine cover, a lot of his keynote addresses.”
But the book doesn’t cover every aspect of Jobs’ life, most notably his death last year. CNET reports Bluewater Productions completed the book prior to the death of Jobs, therefore the subject is not addressed in the comic.
